Does CoWork charge members for utilities?
All utilities are included in your membership.
What insurance are CoWork members required to have?
CoWork is not responsible for personal property that is damaged or stolen. Members are responsible for maintaining a general liability insurance policy covering you and your guests. Please see CoWork representative for additional details.
What fees are due at membership signing?
Your first month’s membership fee is due upon signing. All private offices also require a security deposit. Memberships that start past the 1st of the month are prorated for the remainder of the month.
How can I view my invoice?
You can review your balance and invoice online or see a CoWork representative.
What payment methods do you offer? How can I change or update my payment method information?
We currently accept - Visa, Discover and Mastercard. You can change or update your payment method online. No Checks are able to be accepted.
Are late fees applied?
If all outstanding fees are not paid by the 10th of the month a 10% late fee will be incurred.
What is CoWork’s WiFi policy?
CoWork provides shared Internet access to Members via a wired or wireless network connection.
Does my office come with phones?
Please provide your own phone for your office or workspace. VoIP is available in private offices.
Does CoWork have an emergency hotline number?
Please contact 1-800-922-6336 for any questions or issues that may arise outside regular business hours.
How do I troubleshoot microwave/refrigerator/water cooler issues?
Please see a CoWork representative for questions.
What is CoWork’s refrigerator policy?
The refrigerator is cleaned out every Friday. Please remove any items you would like to keep beforehand.
What do I do if I lost my Building Access Fob or office key?
Please see a CoWork representative to have keys reissued. For after-hours access, a charge of $50 will be assessed.
Can I add additional privacy vinyl or bring in blinds to make the space more private?
Alterations to office space are not permitted.
